This is me & my mare lou lou, whom without the dedication, care & knowledge that she received from Katie and all her Team at Newnham Court equine would sadly no longer be with me.
Lou came down with laminitis & EMS she then got colitis, which resulted in her being rushed to horsey hospital, she was really poorly & I nearly lost her a few times, but Katie gave me hope when I thought all was lost, the round the clock care Lou received was second to none, but not only for Lou but the constant updates I got about Lou, the messages and phone calls were all above & beyond,
I can never thank the Team at Newnham Court Equine enough for what they did with Lou, and I will be eternally grateful,
When purchasing veterinary medicines classified as POM-VPS and NFA-VPS you will be required to create an online account, and complete the POM request form here prior to your transaction.
Veterinary medicines will not be despatched unless the form is fully completed, and your information checked by our vet/pharmacist/SQP. You will be contacted if they have any queries regarding the appropriateness of the medicine for your animal.
Payment for the medicines will not be taken until the POM form has been assessed, and the supply authorised by our pharmacist.
POM-V medicines will only be supplied against a written prescription (Hard copy required prior to despatch) & posted via recoded delivery / courier, or if your animal is registered at the practice.
