Historically, you may have known us as Newnham Court Equine Clinic, when we were based at our smaller site in Bearsted. That site was built in 1995 and has served us well for the past 25 years. However, since the huge developments at M20 Junction 7 and the expansion of our practice, it became clear we needed more space for parking, turnout paddocks and a menage.

 

In the summer of 2023, we relocated to our purpose-built hospital on the beautiful Hucking Estate, where we now welcome the horses, ponies and donkeys of Kent. We have carried with us our history of providing high levels of customer and patient care, experienced vets and the latest in clinic-based and mobile diagnostics, technologies and treatments, to enable us to offer the best service we can to you, our loyal clients and your horses.

We are proud to be the only 100% equine independent clinic left in Kent, with full hospital and surgical facilities that does not outsource our emergency cover. Our in-house clinical team work around the clock to offer continuous and seamless medical care, whenever you should need us. Each member of our team has been specifically selected as they share the same vision and values. We care deeply about all that we do, we work to high standards,  trying to exceed expectations and leaving long-lasting positive experiences to those that trust in us to lovingly care for their horse.

Currently, 7 vets work in the practice, including a RCVS and EBVS European Specialist in Equine Internal Medicine and a Certificate Holder in Equine Soft Tissue Surgery and 3 vet team members studying for Certificates in Lameness and Surgery, all supported by an amazing team of Equine Nursing Assistants, Receptionists and Managers. We also have an amazing team of external consultants offering specialist services in cardiology, ophthalmology, soft tissue surgery, laparoscopy and orthopaedic surgery.
